School photos unfortunately were shocking! I am not even sure if it was done by professionals! I would have done a better job with my iPhone!!! Most of the pictures are wonky, I don’t think I have ever seen a professional photo wonky and then to be asked to buy it ! In Others, my daughter had her head down into her chin and I am even more surprised a ‘professional’ photographer did not ask a 5 years old to lift her head up!!! Weird poses (hands on hip, hips forwards) Shocking to be honest and very disappointing for first year school photo. I have also sent a complaint in. This was clearly a rushed job with no care for the job quality and ZERO editing. 1 star for turning up I suppose.

Excellent customer service. I forgot to download some photos before the deadline, and upon contacting them they very quickly responded to make the download link active again so I could access my beloved photographs of my children. Very happy with their prompt resolution!

First pictures ordered for my children’s school picture day. Really good quality, received in a good timeframe. I needed a copy of these emailed recently as needed to do up to date passport photos. They weee unable to re do them as the needed size, due to this as a goodwill gesture kindly emailed me the pictures with no charge so I could get the printed as 2x4ins … Thank you again!!!

I had an amazing experience with Pret-a- Portrait related to my kids school photos!! I will be forever grateful to their Customer Service team for going truly beyond and above to retrieve the photos which were taken many, many years ago. They have patiently and quickly responded to all my questions, were truly committed to making sure i was happy with my order. Photos are fantastic quality, both group photos and portraits, they captured my kids's personality and genuine smile, they obviously know how to make kids relaxed in front of the camera. We changed schools throughout the years and we also changed countries, so i had experience with many school photographers, bur Pret-a-Portrait photos are by far the best! Absolutely love this company. It supplies all the photos at the school my kids go to and any time I have ever had an issue (or needed my kid photoshopped in because they weren’t in school that day) they have always been wonderful. Their customer service is second to none!

In the initial years of our child's class photos, there was an option in the checkout cart to remove the added background, so we opted for this. In the following years, this option was removed. However, customer service agents (George Clements Hill and Stephanie Brown) were great and after a few emails, they removed the background layer. If it was up to this, my review would be 5-stars. However, for the final year class photo I ended up with customer support staff, Holly Houghton, who was completely unhelpful. It was a “computer says no” sort of interaction where they said it could not be done. After almost begging them in several emails, they finally offered to remove it for a price higher than the original photo (previously, it was done for free). On the end, I removed the background myself in Photoshop. The last few interactions with Holly ruined our entire experience with Pret a Portrait leaving a bad taste.

Jack did an outstanding job taking pictures at our company event today. He had a great eye for poses, ensuring everyone looked their best. His friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable for everyone involved. We are extremely pleased with the quality of his work and would highly recommend him for any event photography needs.

Horrible school photos taken w our 5 year old daughter! My girl was so sweaty in the photo, her fringe were literally like dripping out in the photo! As a child for sure they were play while waiting for their turn but as a professional photographer, it is expected that the children are properly attended to and adjusted to ensure they look presentable, especially considering that these photos will become cherished memories of their childhood. It is very disappointing to receive images that do not meet basic standards! Please do something about your service! You are taking photos of children not things! Children studying in an international school but your photos like they are on the streets! Amateur photographers can take better photos than your so called professional photographers!
