Previous business manager. Met a different “engineer” every other month because of staff leaving. Was told by one engineer he had been given one day of training to qualify as a water hygiene engineer. Multiple engineers falsified temperature records. One lovely engineer Lee used to use his time “monitoring” to roll his cigarettes in our staff room and leave his fag ends on our office doorstep. A great advert for hygiene.

I made a mistake contracting them to assess one sink for Legionella risk.They sent a damning report with a quote for several hundreds of pounds for repairs.I have shown their quote to another company and the other plumber laughed at me and then told me that that uRisk quote is several times more expensive than it should be.The plumber from another company said uRisk quote vas one big mistake and frankly dishonest. I had my follow up Legionella risk check and all repairs needed for £250 (6 times cheaper than uRisk quotation).

Awful company to deal with. They don’t care about you or your business. They just want your money. Do tons of advertising and when you pick them, they’ll purposely find non-existent issues so they can charge you more to fix them. Then they’ll use some of this money for advertising. Rinse and repeat. John
