I came here to get a quote for car insurance, as my precious insurers Aviva gave me a quote that was absolutely extortionate. I spoke with Louise about getting a quote, and she was very friendly, great to chat to and understood my needs and requirements. The process didn't feel rushed at all, and it's great to sit down and speak to a person about what you need. I got a great price (which was about half of what Aviva wanted!) and nethertheless, went for it. I highly recommend this branch and this company for insuring your car.

Can't fault these guys, Matt & Katy always keep in touch & they're really easy to deal with. Having not dealt with the NFU at all I would like to say how easy the process was dealing with Matt. Matt listened to what we as a company wanted from an insurance policy. He then went away and came back with a bespoke insurance tailored to our needs. He always delivered when he said he would and advised, not told, what might be the best option. If he didn't know something he would find out and get back to us promptly. If only getting all insurance was as painless.

Claims handling is efficient and fast, essential to business clients. The new set up at NFU Hertford and North Herts really seems to be working well. Friendly too. Would happily recommend based on our recent experience.
